Summary of the pathways regulated by MSI1 and YTHDF1. Both proteins are global mRNA regulators that may have unique (blue RNAs without red balls for MSI1 and green RNAs with red balls for YTHDF1) and common (blue RNAs with red balls) mRNA targets, which results in enhancement of such pro-oncogenic properties as proliferation, drug resistance, stemness and motility.
