Effect of GCV concentration for the pre-loading of PA-STK cells on the bystander killing of PA-1 cells. PA-STK cells were pre-treated with different concentrations of GCV (μM) for 16 h. Cells were then harvested by versenisation, mixed and then incubated at the indicated ratios for 5 days.  % cell survival was assessed by the MTT assay in 96 well plates.
