BRD4 promotes PC cell proliferation, migration and invasion in vitro. a Western blot was used to confirm the efficacy of BRD4 knockdown in CFPAC-1 and PANC-1 cell lines. The transfection efficiency was determined at 24 h after transfection. The results showed that G1 cell cycle CDK4 and CDK6 were decreased, while p21 was increased in response to BRD4 knockdown. b Sulforhodamine B assays showed that both BRD4-si1 and BRD4-si2 group significantly suppressed cell proliferation compared to BRD4-nc group. c Plate clone formations showed that, in comparisons with BRD4-nc group, both BRD4-si1 and BRD4-si2 group significantly suppressed clone formations. d Migration assay showed that both BRD4-si1 and BRD4-si2 group significantly suppressed cell migration and invasion compared to BRD4-nc group. e Western blot was used to confirm the efficacy of BRD4 overexpression in su.86.86. f Sulforhodamine B assays showed that BRD4-over group significantly promoted cell proliferation compared to BRD4-ctrl group. g Migration assay showed that BRD4-over group significantly increased cell migration and invasion compared to BRD4-ctrl group. The asterisk indicates that p is less than 0.05
