LncRNA MEG8 promotes NSCLC progression by modulating miR-15a-5p-miR-15b-5p/PSAT1 axis. The graphic model of this study was shown. Briefly, lncRNA MEG8 serves as a sponge of miR-15a-5p and miR-15b-5p in the NSCLC cells. MiR-15a-5p and miR-15b-5p is able to target PSAT1 in the NSCLC cells.
