Correlation between the IC50 values of MTA and expression of ABCC5 mRNA in primary cell lines from breast cancer (BC) patients (r = 0.741; p < 0.001, Pearson’s correlation test). The primary BC cells were cultured with a series of concentrations of MTA for 72 h, and then used to extract RNA for subsequent real-time RT-PCR. The dots represent means of three cell viability assays performed in triplicate, and 18S rRNA was used as an endogenous control
