In this study, induced total apoptosis rate was significantly different among the control group (PBS) and reovirus-infected MSCs groups in terms of MOIs (1, 5, and 10) and hours.P.I (24, 48, and 72 h P.I) (P-value < 0.05). Significant differences in total apoptosis rates among the three mentioned MOIs at 24,48, and 72 h P.I were observed, but the difference between 48 and 72-h P.I was observed only in MOI 10 (P-value: 0.0111). This experiment was repeated three times and the results were reported as mean. According to Tukey's post hoc test, significant differences (P-value < 0.05) between groups are determined (*: P ≤ 0.05; **: P ≤ 0.01; ***: P ≤ 0.001)
