Cytotoxic T lymphocyte response was measured by released LDH. In 3, 6, and 13 days after first treatments, mice were sacrificed then isolated splenocytes were encountered by antigens and cytotoxicity was assessed by LDH assay. First treatments had shown robust cytotoxicity rates in all groups. MSCs could accelerate cytotoxicity in corresponding tumoral groups. This experiment was repeated four times and data were analyzed by Tukey's post hoc test
