Size comparison of HT-29 and Caco-2 derived spheroids. Caco-2 spheroids showed significantly smaller size in compared to HT-29 spheroids. The average diameter of Caco-2 spheroids was 66.9 ± 14.88 µm compared to 82.52 ± 22.56 µm in HT-29 spheroids. Data are presented as mean ± SD as ** = P < 0.01, (n = 25)
