Circ-SCMH1 was carried and secreted by EVs. EVs were isolated from SCC-15/DDP and CAL-27/DDP cells. A Transmission electron microscopic (TEM) analysis examined the morphology and size of isolated EVs. B Western blotting measured protein expression of CD63, CD9, Calnexin and GAPDH. C Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) software tracked the concentration and size of isolated EVs.
