FAM49B positively regulates Rab10 and TLR4 expression. A pLNCX2-FAM49B or pLNCX2-vector were transfected into FAM49B-shRNA-expressing MCF-7 or MDA-MB-231 cells. FAM49B, Rab10, and TLR4 expression was quantified via western blotting (n = 3). B scr- or Rab10-shRNA were transfected into FAM49B-overexpressing MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells.
