The expression comparison and clinical significance of PAF-AH 1B2 in ovarian cancer. The expression pattern of PAF-AH 1B2 in ovarian tumor and NT (normal tissue) are shown in Wilcoxon signed ranks test (A) and stage plot (B), including 426 tumor tissues (TCGA) and 88 normal tissues (GTEx). The comparison of PAF-AH 1B2 mRNAexpression level were performed. The log2 (TPM + 1) for log-scale was analyzed for stage plot.
