SKOV3 and A2780 cells were treated with niraparib and STS alone or in combination. Niraparib was applied for 48 h. a, b Apoptosis was detected with an Annexin V-PE/7-AAD kit and analysed by flow cytometry. c, d The protein expression of Bcl2 and Bax was detected by western blot. GAPDH protein was used as a loading control. e, f Cell cycle analyses were conducted by flow cytometry, and statistical quantification of the percentages of cells in the different cell cycles is presented.
