Characterization and expression of biological markers relevant for the establishment of 3D cell culturing models in IPO43 cell line. A Cryosections of 3D aggregates stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE) and by immunohistochemistry. Cells show positive expression for cytokeratin (CK) type II (clone CAM 5.2), vimentin and p53.
