Expression levels of the common mutated genes in human thyroid cancer cell lines. Gene expression of JMJD1C, MUC16, PDZD2, RYR1 and SLA was analyzed in immortalized normal thyroid epithelial (Nthy-ori 3-1) and papillary thyroid cancer cell lines (K1, TPC-1 and BCPAP) by qRT-PCR. Fold‐change was determined by 2−ΔΔCt formula and β‐actin was used as internal control. Results are the means of three independent experiments ± standard error of the mean (SEM). **p ≤ 0.01
