Mechanisms of LINC00467 in lung cancer. LINC00467 exerted its carcinogenesis function by sponging miR‐4779 and miR‐7978. A novel linc00467/miR-20b-5p/CCND1 signaling in LUAD. silencing LINC00467 upregulates miR-125a-3p to decrease cisplatin resistance via inhibiting SIRT6 and inactivating the ERK1/2 signaling pathway. LINC00467 bound EZH2 regulate HTRA3 to mediate oncogenic effects. STAT1-induced upregulation of LINC00467 leading to LUAD progression by epigenetically silencing DKK1 to activate Wnt/b-catenin signaling pathway. LINC00467 acts as a cancer promoter via activation of Akt signal pathway leading to advanced clinical stages and poor outcome
