Direct effect of Z-100 on Sq-1979 cell line. Cell viability of Sq-1979 stimulated with saline (control), Z-100 (0.1, 1, 10 and 100 μg/mL) or cisplatin (30 μmol/L). After culturing Sq-1979 cells (2000 cells/well) for 24 h in a 96-well plate, test compounds were added to the wells. Twenty-four hours after addition of the test compounds, ATP levels in each well were assayed by measuring the luminescence in relative light units (RLU).
