Overall survival (OS) of patients with colorectal cancer based on tumor location. A CD45RO expression in IM/ B CD8 expression in IM in right-sided tumors. The results obtained from the analysis showed a significant relationship between the high expression of CD45RO in the IM region and better OS in right-sided tumors (P = 0.011). In addition, there was a significant relationship between the high expression of CD8 in the IM region and better OS in right-sided tumors (P = 0.049)
