The S1PR profile in H357, H400 and H413 cells, determined using semiquantitative PCR. Three OSCC lines expressed five S1PR subtypes. The expression of S1PR1 of H400 was lower than in H357, while its S1PR3 expression was lower than in H413 cells. The expression of S1PR4 of H413 was lower than H357 and H400 cells.
