The three cell lines were treated with 1 ng/ml EGF and 20 ng/ml EGF for 48 h before performing real time RT-PCR analysis. Expression of Sphk1 and Sphk2 was calculated as relative fold change and normalised to housekeeping gene expression. (A) Sphk1 expression of three lines increased according to the EGF concentration.
