Concentration dependent binding of F-ACT-101 to COLO-205 and U937 cells. U937 or COLO-205 cells were exposed to F-ACT-101 in cold PBS for 1 h on ice at concentrations of 1, 3, 10, 30 and 100 µg/mL. Fluorescence was measured using flow cytometry. Maximum binding of F-ACT-101 for both cell lines (~ 90%) was observed at 100 µg/mL
