ACT-101 conjugates with different linkers and DPRs show specific binding to U937 tumor cells. U937 cells were co-incubated with F-ACT-101 at 25 µg/mL and with increasing concentrations of each conjugate or ACT-101 for 1 h at 4 ºC. Fluorescence was measured by flow cytometry. All conjugates showed similar specificity of binding to U937 cells as the unconjugated form of the protein (ACT-101)
