The effect of MDSCs on T cell function and 4T1 cell migration

a Normal mouse spleen mononuclear cells were mixed with purified MDSCs at the rate of 2:1, 4:1, 8:1, respectively, Con A (10 µg/ml) and mrIL-2 (10 µg/ml) were added and then co-cultured for 68 h. The number of viable cells was detected by MTS method.
