MFI2 is involved in the migration and invasive ability of OSCC cells. A SAS, SCC4 and KOSC3 cells were transfected with control siRNA and MFI2-specific siRNA. The protein expression of MFI2 was analyzed by western blot. β-Actin was used as the loading control. B Cell proliferation assay (CCK-8) demonstrated that MFI2-knockdown inhibited the proliferation of SAS, SCC4 and KOSC3 cells. Data are presented as the mean of three experiments.
