Colony formation assay of the SKM-1 cell line and the analysis of the cell proliferation by WEE1 shRNA transfection. (A, B, C) Cells were treated with 100 nM MK-1775 and/or 1 µM talazoparib for seven days. The colonies per dish were photographed using a digital camera and counted using an EVOS™ FL Digital Inverted Fluorescence Microscope. The quantification graph displaying the colony formation and representative images from three independent sets of experiments are shown. Scale bar: 1,000 μm.
