A Glioma cells were treated with DMSO or different concentrations of telmisartan for 14 days. The number of colonies is shown as the mean ± SD of 3 independent tests (** p < 0.01; *** p < 0.001). B Glioma cells were treated with telmisartan for 48 h, and then BrdU incorporation by cells was performed using a FITC BrdU Flow Kit. M1, BrdU-negative cells; M2, BrdU-positive cells.
