Upregulated hallmark pathways shared with previous findings on pathways associated with collagenase dissociation. Several of the upregulated hallmark pathways we found in cultured cells and freshly digested single cells compared to fresh tissue sample were also found to be associated with collagenase dissociation at 37 °C reported by O’Flanagan et al.
