Cell viability after anti-cancer treatment of cancer cells isolated from patient samples in different culturing conditions. Cells isolated from patient samples were cultured in three different culturing conditions and treated with chemotherapy, and targeted therapy drug cetuximab with or without irradiation. The viability was measured using luminescent cell viability assay and normalized to the control (no treatment wells). The red line represents the cell viability values of the wells without any treatment. Data is presented as mean ± standard deviation of 9–18 wells. *P ≤ 0.05, ** ≤ 0.01
