Table 1 The correlation with INTS9 expression with 22 different immune cells through deconvoluted bulk transcriptome from TCGA and CGGA datasets. Our results revealed that INTS9 was significantly correlated with increased M0 macrophages and reduced monocytes in IDH wildtype astrocytoma and oligodendroglioma. In IDH mutant astrocytoma, INTS9 was associated with M2 macrophages without monocyte reduction. Enhanced T cell function, including elevated cytotoxic T cells, CD4 T memory-activated cells, follicular T cells, and regulatory T cells, was exclusive to the IDH wildtype group
