STAT3 signaling is necessary for the oncogenic role of ARF6 in HCC in vitro. (A, B) Hep3B and Huh7 stably overexpressing ARF6Q67L cells were transiently transfected siRNA targeting STAT3 or treated with Stattic (2µmol/L). Cell viability of indicated cells were measured by CCK-8 assay. (C, D) Indicated cells were subjected to colony formation assay.
