The apoptosis of GES-1 cells regulated by HSP60. A–C GES-1 cells were first treated with or without HSP60-siRNA, and then either mock-infected or infected with H. pylori. Following infection, cells were harvested and the expression of A HSP60 in cells, B HSP60 and TSG101 in EVs, C BAX and BCL2 and D apoptosis were measured by western blot and flow cytometry, respectively. E GES-1 cells were either untreated, or treated with HSP60-siRNA or infected with H. pylori, and then EVs were isolated and their impact on the cell viability of GES-1 cells were determined by flow cytometry. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01; ***p < 0.001
