Cellular heterogeneity of primary cell populations according to basic phenotyping. Cells were stained with CD90, a marker characteristic of fibroblast origin, and populations were evaluated by flow cytometry. In each sample, CD90 + and CD90-cell heterogeneity was observed. In the second and third rows, the CD90+/− cells were characterised using CD24 and CD44 to assess their stem-like phenotype
