Knocking down HOXC6 and G0S2 inhibited proliferation and migration in RKO cell line. The protein expression of HOXC6 (A) and G0S2 (C) was decreased using two different si−RNA sequences. The results of the CCK−8 (n = 5) (B and D) and clone formation (E–F) experiments suggest that knocking down HOXC6 and G0S2 significantly inhibited the proliferative abilities of the RKO cell line. Wound healing assays. (n = 3) (G−H) and transwell assays (n = 3) (I–J) showed that the migration of the RKO cell line was suppressed after the knockdown of HOXC6 and G0S2. ***p < 0.001
