Stratification of 3MST expression in BC patients according to age, menopausal status, expression level of Ki-67, tumor size, and molecular subtype. Stratification of 3MST expression levels in BC patients based on (A) age, (B) menopausal status, (C) expression level of Ki-67, and (D) tumor size showed a correlation with the more aggressive profiles of BC. 3MST was found to be significantly overexpressed in BC patients < 40 years old, pre-menopause, who are expressing high Ki-67 levels and whose tumor size ≥ 5 cm. (E) 3MST levels were consistent among the different BC subtypes with no preference to TNBC. Student t test was performed. *= P < 0.05, **** = P < 0.0001
