Pan-inhibition of the three H2S synthesizing enzymes by miRNA-193a and miRNA-548c modulates tumor cells and TME. Ectopic expression of miRNA-193a and miRNA-548c suppress the expression of CBS, CSE, and 3MST enzymes decreasing the H2S production level and accordingly TNBC hallmarks such as cellular viability, cellular migration and colony forming ability have been significantly repressed.
