MBC1 proliferates in vitro with a PDT of 30.14 hours. B: Population Doubling Time (PDT) of the MBC2 Cell Lines. Proliferation of the MBC2 was analysed by counting the total cell number at 0, 24, 48 and 72 time points. MBC2 proliferates in vitro with a PDT of 35.6 hours.
