Inhibition of Hsp90 expression facilitates c-FLIP L down-regulation. (A) and (B), Calu-1 and H157 cells were transfected with siRNAs of control, Hsp90α and Hap90β, respectively. Twenty four hours later, cells were treated with 1.0 μM 17-AAG for 48 h. The cells were harvested for Western blot analysis to detect Hsp90α/β and c-FLIPL levels.
